MSOE Milwaukee School of Engineering will be offering summer training for elementary teachers. Session will introduce teachers to broad engineering concepts and skills, review the structure and philosophy shaping EiE curricular materials, engage participants in EiE activities and foster reflection about appropriate instructional strategies.

First Session: August 13 and 14, 2012 –Mondayand Tuesday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Seccond Session: August 15 and 16, 2012 –Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Two days of hands-on training in specific units of Engineering is Elementary. Erin Fitzgerald, from the Boston Museum of Science will lead the workshop, along with two core instructors from Wisconsin.
Fees include all meals and course materials. Hotel accommodations will also be available for $100/night (single room) at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee. Follow the registration link below for more details.
